After 12 successful years of owning Wylde Thyme Catering on the mainland, where we served eclectic and traditional weddings, corporate events, intimate parties in wild locations and everything in between, we moved our family to Hawaii Island over a decade ago to raise our kids in sunshine.
We've been here ever since.

We love the never ending growing season, diversity of human cultures and huge variety of cuisines on the Big Island. Our passions include growing food and preparing a wide variety of dishes to bring a smile to those who eat it.. The aina and moana in Hawaii provide so much to play with!
